Background
Kyle co-founded VastVision Technologies to give physical infrastructure the ability to sense, understand, and act, turning warehouses, yards, labs, and supply chains into intelligent, self-reporting networks. Under his leadership, VastVision designs and manufactures its own hardware, including an in-house MEMS fabrication and characterization facility, and ships a single platform that unifies RFID, UWB, and LoRaWAN with condition sensors.
Before founding VastVision, Kyle worked at Sandia National Laboratories, where he built a foundation in advanced sensing and hardware engineering. He was named a Los Alamos National Laboratory LEEP Fellow, recognizing entrepreneurs advancing lab-born technology into real-world commercial impact.
Focus
Kyle works at the intersection of hardware and software: magnetoelastic and MEMS sensing, RFID and UWB systems, low-power LoRaWAN networks, and the middleware that turns location and condition data into automated enterprise workflows.
