How It Works

VastVision's middleware sits between your RFID hardware (fixed readers, handhelds, printers — any vendor) and Zoho Inventory.

Setup:
1. Connect your RFID readers to VastVision middleware (we support Zebra, Impinj, Alien, CAEN, and 20+ other vendors)
2. Authenticate with your Zoho account
3. Map your RFID tag data to Zoho fields (EPC → SKU, location zones, custom attributes)
4. Done. Reads start syncing automatically.

What syncs:
- Item creation/updates — New RFID tags auto-create items in Zoho
- Stock adjustments — Physical counts instantly update Zoho inventory levels
- Location tracking — Zone-based reads update item locations in real time
- Movement history — Audit trail of every asset move, timestamped and logged
